Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Please arrive 15 minutes before you chosen appointment. Each person will be required to sign a waiver before starting the activity.
Cancellation policies
If you cancel more than 7 Days before the activity start date, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the activity start time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity start time, you are not eligible for a refund.
Footwear policies
Close toed shoes are required for the activity. If you are not wearing close toed shoes, you will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
