How old do you have to be to throw?

Guests 8 years old and up are welcome to throw.

Are minors allowed to go alone?

Minors (guests under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18. The guardian must sign the waiver for the minor before beginning the activity.

What footwear is required?

Close toed shoes are required for the activity. Please bring close toed shoes with you with you, we do not have an option to provide close toed shoes at this time. If you are not wearing close toed shoes, you will not be allowed to participate in the activity.

How many guests are on one lane?

Each lane can accommodate up to 4 guests. If your group is larger than 4, you will have to split into two lanes. Every effort will be made to place your group on adjoining lanes, but it is not guaranteed.

Do I have to share a lane?

Every effort is made to provide each group, regardless of group size with their own lane, but depending on the number of overall guests and available lanes, it is not guaranteed.

What Happens if we are late?

If you are late, the time will be deduced from the total duration of the activity. We will not be able to extend the activity beyond the original end time. We reserve the right to give your lane away if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us.

What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

If you cancel more than 7 Days before the activity start date, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the activity start time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity start time, you are not eligible for a refund.
